All of our flat rate services includes top of the line cleaning of all bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms. The flat rates are calculated based on the number of rooms – (bedroom and bathroom).
Also, any additional rooms such as home offices, studies, theatres etc. are considered as bedrooms.
If you discovered any breakage or loss during or after our services, you’ll need to notify us within 48 Hours from the end our service. You can contact us through phone or email. Furthermore, once we’ll receive your complaint, we’ll send out a form for you to fill about the incident.
Please note, your complaint must be received within 30 days.

We work 6 days a week, Monday- Friday, between the hours 07:00-17:30. Moreover, you can contact us by phone or email from 07:00 am.
The amount of cleaners can change according to the size of the property. For example, a large house we’ll send a minimum of 2 cleaners, and even more if required. However, if it’s a small property, we’ll send one professional cleaner to do the job. Rest assure, we assign the best cleaners to your property, depending on your needs and requests.
Not at all! You can leave a key for us and carry on with your day. You can leave the keys in the mailbox, under the doormat, at the neighbors – wherever you like. If you chose to do so, please informed us about the location of the key in advanced.
